Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Depending on where you are located at, the shipping charges differ:

SGD 5—Singapore (1 - 2 days)
SGD 7—Malaysia & Brunei (3 - 5 days)
SGD 15—Countries in Asia & the Pacific (5 - 10 days)
SGD 18—Australia, Japan & New Zealand (5 - 10 days)


International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide. Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes applied by their local government.


Order Tracking
Not all orders come with a tracking number as some are compact enough to be mailed with normal postage via SingPost. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with/without a tracking number once your order leaves our facility. Please allow up to 3-5 days for the tracking information to update.


Lost/Damaged Items
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and reach out directly to the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Cancellation policy

We understand that life happens. However, to refrain from any last minute changes, we kindly request at least 1-2 days notice for any changes in order or rescheduling for self collection.

Return / Refund policy

The Window
You have 14 days from the date of purchase/delivery to request a return or exchange.


Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition.

  • In their original, undamaged packaging.

  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.


Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are strictly final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Clearance or sale items
