About
Inspired by “teacher said you are always looking out the window daydreaming and not paying attention in class!”—this is something I hear a lot because my second nephew gets this rather often.
Referencing Damai Secondary School, where I recall having my fair share of time spent on daydreaming. To its defense, engaging in certain types of daydreaming can reduce stress, help with problem solving and enhance creativity (though it is possible to have too much of a good thing). That said, if you are a fellow daydreamer, this is an ode to you.
Process
This signature cotton candy trees are stippled with copic marker, hence they are made of little dots. While the place and tiny human is drawn using copic marker and colour pencil.
